1. Do you have screen set up charges?

No.  The price we quote you includes everything necessary to produce your shirts (except sales tax).

2. Is your graphic design service really free?

Yes, we will provide one custom design per order for free.

3. If I want you to use my graphic, what file type(s) do you accept?
We can use .EPS, .AI, .PSD, or .TIF files.  Once we receive your file, our graphic designer will contact you to discuss it.  Keep in mind, your artwork must be essentially print ready.  Occasionally, we receive artwork that needs so much touch-up before printing that it would have been easier for us to create it ourselves.  In these rare cases, an art charge may be required.

 
4. Do you have a minimum order number?
We don’t have a minimum order number, but orders of less than 20 or 30 can get a little pricey.  Screen set up, registration, and reclamation is exactly the same for large or small orders…the only difference is that on a large order, there are more shirts to share in those costs.

5. What is your average turn around time?
You should plan for a turnaround time of 7-10 business days, but it can be quicker.

6. What print size can I expect?
We print within the industry standard size of 13” x 13”.

If you are outside of our local delivery area (more than 40 miles from zip code 30518), we will need to ship your order.  The cost for shipping is based on your location and the weight of the order.  We do not mark up those costs.  Whatever it costs us is what it will cost you.

9. When is payment due?
We need a 50% deposit on most orders to begin processing it.  The balance is due when we deliver your order to you.

10. I need my order fast.  Can you rush an order?

If our production schedule allows, we can often work in a rush order (2-3 business days turnaround time).  Rush orders are subject to an additional fee to offset our labor costs for overtime.

11. Can I mix shirt colors in my order?
Absolutely.  As long as we’re printing the same graphic, the price is the same no matter how many shirt colors you choose for the order.

12. Can I change ink colors and print some of the shirts in the order with one color and some of them with another?
Yes, you can change ink colors for a small charge of $15 per color per location.
