BHHA is owned and operated by Michael and Jennifer Droske. 

Michael is a businessman with experience as a leadership and management consultant to countless Fortune 1000 companies.  A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force with experience on B-1 and B-52 bombers, Michael now “flies” through apparel as the overseer of printing and embroidery operations.  Michael is also the creative writer behind our blog. Jennifer Droske, the founder of – and inspiration for –  BHHA, oversees our creativity department and is the face of BHHA as the frontline director of sales and customer service.  Jennifer has more than 12 years of experience as an art teacher and is involved with youth leadership training programs. Jennifer is also a Creative Coach and she can lead a team up the ladder of creativity to produce new, fresh ideas for your business.
